Cody Daniels

Hello! I am a computational linguist interested in how language, culture, and storytelling help people make sense of the world. I graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Computer Science and minors in Linguistics, Mathematics, and Scandinavian Studies from Brigham Young University. I am currently pursuing an M.A. in Linguistic Diversity and Digital Humanities at the University of Helsinki.

• Finnish Library A Python library for Finnish that conjugates verbs and declines nouns into all of their forms.
• Flashcard Generator A Python script for quickly generating fully-featured flashcards in any language.
• Twitter Mood Light A script that uses Twitter's REST API to gather tweets and analyze how the world is feeling.
• Conway's Game of Life John Horton Conway's classic cellular automaton game recreated using React.
