それを教訓として、

確かに、一つの組織なり人材に過度に依存するようになると、それ自体がある意味リスクとなってしまいますので、それを避けるという意味でいろんなリソースに分散させるというのは、実は理に適っているのかなぁ、と思ったりしました。
