説明

bool ircg_kick ( resource connection, string channel, string nick, string reason )

connection で接続したサーバ上のチャンネル channel から、ユーザ nick を追い出します。なぜこの操作を実行したのか、簡単なメッセージを reason で指定しなければなりません。
