Due to the recent rise in phishing attempts and security vulnerabilities, Clemson University has implemented two-factor authentication for various campus systems including HR Peoplesoft, iROAR, Canvas and many others. Two-factor authentication (2FA, for short) asks individuals for a secondary confirmation of their identity at log in using a physical device in their possession (app or text message). Clemson University will use Duo Security for two-factor authentication.
