確認なのですが、
動詞"steal"は
I was stolen of my book.
というような使い方はできず、
My book was stolen.か
I had my book stolen.
というように使うということで正しいですか。
また
"rob"は
I was robbed of my book.
と使えますよね。

そうです。”I was stolen of my book.” は間違いです。

使えます。rob は強引に力づくで steal することで、果たして my book が泥棒にとってそれほど価値があっただろうかという点で、不自然さはありますが、文法的には正しいです。

I was robbed of my diamond necklace.
I was robbed of my car.

I was robbed of my diamond necklace.
I was robbed of my car.
