This guy started as a rough model originally created for a now abandoned Unreal Engine project, a default mannequin rearranged into a little kobold fella. Liked how it turned out, and decided to completely remodel and polish it up.

Now available as a fully rigged Blender model, .unitypackage to upload to VRChat (with tail controls and adjusted idle animation), and a fbx/gltf model file. The naming and structure of the skeleton is copied from the UE4 mannequin.

All the source files, including a highpoly model, bake maps, substance painter project are also provided - do whatever whatever you want! The UVs are not as optimal as they can be, but are arranged in a sensible way if you wish to re-texture it in a more traditional way.
