Infrastructure Maintenance: Saturday, February 28, from 2-6PM PT Feb 28, 2026 14:00-18:00 PST

In order to increase the stability and scalability of our systems, we are performing scheduled maintenance on our infrastructure on February 28, from 2PM to 6PM PT. During this time, customers may experience failures when trying to create, update or delete lists, custom fields, segments, campaigns and images.
Additionally, contact-uploads, campaigns that have been scheduled and ingestion of click and open events will be delayed. Thank you for your patience through this maintenance.

Customer may experience Incomplete Advanced Statistics for the following date and time frames: 1pm - 5pm PST and 7pm - 9pm PST on 02/07/2026. This does not impact mail send.
