Looks like the issue where you can't progress past the pillar is already reported, but is there a way to get past this without restarting completely?

For cheats, go options -> difficulty options -> enable cheats, then there'll be a new "cheats" tab in options
A few questions.
I can't seem to figure out how to make new outfits. Help tab says to do it through the "outfits" tab, but I don't see that option there.
Second, I've found how to customize NPCs, but is there a way to change their gender/sex?
