Are you passionate about the environment and climate justice? The Wyoming Chapter of the Sierra Club is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as the Chapter Director. Our organization is committed to making a positive impact throughout the state, and we're looking for a dynamic leader to drive change.
In this role, you'll:
👥 Manage and support chapter staff, fostering collaboration.
📊 Develop and implement strategic, programmatic, and financial goals with our Board.
💸 Oversee budget development, tracking, and reporting for fiscal responsibility.
🌐 Implement a comprehensive fundraising program, engaging donors and pursuing grant opportunities.
🔧 Support staff and volunteer leaders in advocacy, development, legislative efforts, and communications.
🌍Build organizational power by increasing membership, engaging volunteers, and developing leaders.
