I am a PhD student in the Security group, supervised by Dr Markus Kuhn.

My research is mainly about compromising emanations: the leakage of sensitive information from computer systems via electromagnetic radiation. Other than this, I am also interested in the intersection of signal processing and security in general, including topics like distance bounding protocols and unusual acoustic applications (such as my Part III project).

I enjoy both capture-the-flag (cybersecurity) and algorithmic (ICPC-style) competitions, and have participated in quite a few of both. If you're interested in either, you might want to take a look at these student societies:
