Quality control at every step
- We test our fuel at the refinery and again as it enters the pipeline or barge for delivery to the terminal, helping ensure our fuels meet or exceed OEM industry specifications.
- Once at the terminal, our additives are precisely injected as each delivery truck is filled — overseeing the quality of our fuel.
- Fuel dispensers at Exxon™ and Mobil™ branded stations have built-in filters to provide a final cleaning just before the fuel enters your tank.
Testing for quality specification
After our fuels have been delivered to Exxon™ and Mobil™ stations, we survey them to confirm that they contain the proper amount of our detergent additives and that they meet or exceed applicable federal, state and locally specified standards.
