PENCO®は、東京を拠点に活動するグラフィックデザイナー・アーティスト〈SHINKNOWNSUKE〉が主宰する〈FAT CUT PRESS〉とのコラボレーションコレクション「FATCUT PENCO」を発表します。
本コレクションは、「ビームスT 原宿」にて開催されるグラフィックデザイナー・アーティスト〈SHINKNOWNSUKE〉によるアートショー『EIRN』をきっかけに誕生しました。日常の中でふと立ち止まったときに感じる、形を持たない違和感や微妙なズレ、そしてそこから生まれる感情の揺らぎを、オブジェクトやグラフィック、レイヤーといった多層的な表現を通じて具現化する試みです。何かを理解できないままに抱く感覚の美しさや、不可解さの中に潜む価値を、〈SHINKNOWNSUKE〉ならではの解釈で表現します。
「FATCUT PENCO」は、『EIRN』のアートワークを落とし込んだ、デスククロック、ストレージキャディ S、テープディスペンサー、プラクリップ、バレットボールペン ライト、マスキングテープ、そしてメモパッドで構成されています。作品世界をそのまま生活に持ち込むことができる、多彩なラインナップとなっています。
「FATCUT PENCO」コレクションは、9月26日（金）よりBEAMS T展開店舗にて、10月4日（土）よりHIGHTIDE STORE Fukuoka、Miyashita Park、Takanawa、Fukuoka Airport、Sapporoの直営店5店舗にて販売を開始します。

PENCO® announces “FATCUT PENCO,” a collaborative collection with Tokyo based graphic designer and artist SHINKNOWNSUKE, founder of FAT CUT PRESS.
The collection was born out of EIRN, an art show by SHINKNOWNSUKE held at BEAMS T HARAJUKU. It explores intangible sensations such as moments of unease, subtle misalignments, and shifting emotions encountered in everyday life, materialized through layered expressions of objects, graphics, and forms. Through his unique interpretation, SHINKNOWNSUKE highlights the beauty of sensations that cannot be fully grasped and the hidden value within the inexplicable.
“FATCUT PENCO” features a wide range of items incorporating artwork from EIRN: a desk clock, storage caddy S, tape dispenser, plastic clips, bullet ballpoint pen light, masking tape, and memo pad. Each piece allows the world of his work to be seamlessly brought into daily life.
The collection will be available on Friday, September 26 at BEAMS T retail locations, followed by availability on Saturday, October 4 at HIGHTIDE STORE Fukuoka, HIGHTIDE STORE Miyashita Park, HIGHTIDE STORE Takanawa, HIGHTIDE STORE Fukuoka Airport, and HIGHTIDE STORE Sapporo.

SHINKNOWNSUKE
東京在住のグラフィックデザイナー/アーティスト。2017年にLAで開催された個展を期に活動を本格化。 すこし捻くれたエッセンスやユーモアが好きでそれをデジタルのグラフィックやドローイングで表現するスタイル。表の明るい部分だけではなく内面のうずまく部分をポップにビジュアル化したり、色で表現することをコンセプトにしている。
国内外のブランドへグラフィックを提供しており、複数のユニットとしても精力的に活動。
Graphic designer and artist based in Tokyo. Since his solo exhibition in Los Angeles in 2017, he has actively expanded his practice. Known for incorporating a slightly twisted sense of humor and essence into his work, his style combines digital graphics and drawing. His concept is to visualize not only the bright and surface aspects of life, but also its swirling inner depths in a pop aesthetic, often expressed through color.
He has collaborated with brands both in Japan and abroad and continues to work energetically as part of several creative units.
