The web version of the thesis is currently available in the following formats:

The Table of contents (16 Jun 1998) may also be a good starting point.

All internal cross references are hyperlinks. There are also a lot of hyperlinks to the Fudget Library Reference Manual. The bibliography, has hyperlinks to authors' home pages and online versions of papers, where available.
