This workshop is an informal meeting, aiming to provide a forum to present and discuss various issues concerning with program transformation. It will be held from March 15 to 16, at the Yokohama Tech Tower Hotel. This workshop is sponsored by a Grant-in-Aid for Scientific Research, the Ministry of Education, Japan. It is also a special event of the CACA seminar series. The topics of interest include, but not limited to, the following.

• Algorithm derivation & Synthesis
• Functional/logic programming
• Meta Programming
• Partial Evaluation
• Program Transformation System

The conference participation fee (including the proceedings and refreshment) is free, but it does not include your accomodation in the hotel and the banquet.
