My general supervision guidelines for students:

• Try to complete all the given questions even if you haven't covered the topics in the lectures --- use links provided on my website.
• Do not copy from each other --- supervisions are here to prepare you for the exams, where you won't be able to plagiarise.
• The answers should be handwritten and legible. This is important, since you will be writing exams on written paper too. That said, you are encouraged to experiment with different examples on the computer (where appropriate), preferably writing a complete program before trying to compile it.
• The answers should be submitted to my CL pigeonhole (or scanned and sent by email as a PDF) at least one day prior to the actual supervision and before 5pm.
• Supervisions will take place in CL from 10am to 5pm.
• I will try to be in front of the reception just before the session starts. If I'm not, contact me by phone (my extension number is 63594). There's a phone you can use just outside the reception.
