(sept'03) The Bulletin has moved from Leiden to Brighton, the EATCS webpage for the Bulletin is at www.eatcs.org/publications/bulletin.html, where subscribers can find issues since Number 79, February 2003, as pdf-files.(dec'06) The Bulletin is now open access, at least during a one year trial.
