Web ventures
- in summer 1998 I co-founded LiquidMarket (Los Angeles, CA), which was sold
in summer 1999 to NBC Internet; LiquidMarket's technology powered Snap and
NBCi's shopping portals (comparison shopping, multi-site shopping cart,
product merchandising and other CMS) from 1999 to early 2001.
- in early 2001, I co-founded Nexeme [nexeme.com]
(Los Angeles, CA).
In fall 2002, Nexeme launched Gonelocal
[gonelocal.com], a new
breed of local listings site, inspired by collaborative authoring
techniques.
