Description:    A new scheduler, called Evolution Scheduler, 
                is based on Genetic Algorithms and Evolutionary 
                Programming. It lives with original Linux priority 
                scheduler. This means you don't have to reboot 
                to change the scheduling policy. You may simply 
                use the manager program esep to switch between 
                them at any time, and esep itself is an all-in-one 
                for scheduling status, commands, and administration.
