I recently received my PhD in Computer Science from Princeton University in December of 2007. I work under the direction of Olga Troyanskaya and Kai Li in the field of computational biology. My research focuses on developing algorithms and approaches for the analysis and visualization of large-scale genomic datasets, such as gene expression microarrays.
