The MFPS conferences are devoted to those areas of mathematics, logic and computer science which are related to the semantics of programming languages.  The series particularly has stressed providing a forum where both mathematicians and computer scientists can meet and exchange ideas about problems of common interest.  We also encourage participation by researchers in neighboring areas, since we strive to maintain breadth in the scope of the series.

The Organizing Committee for MFPS consists of Stephen Brookes (CMU), Achim Jung (Birmingham), Catherine Meadows (NRL), Michael Mislove (Tulane) and Prakash Panangaden (McGill). The local arrangements for MFPS XXII are being overseen by Giuseppe Rosolini (Genova).

Registration Information

Registration is now open. You can register for the Conference online by following this link. Please register now if you intend to participate in the meeting, but in any case, please reserve a hotel room as soon as possible. You must reserve a hotel room by April 20 to be sure to have a room available.

Hotel Information

Here is a list of hotels at which blocks of rooms have been set aside for MFPS participants. However, due to the demand for hotel rooms in Genoa during late May, the hotels are unable to hold rooms in these blocks after April 20. Here is a list. Participants should contact the hotels directly to make their reservations.

It is best to phone the hotel directly, rather than trying to use the Internet, especially since you need to identify yourself as affiliated with MFPS.

Be sure to make a reservation at one of these hotels before April 20!!

Until 20 April only, the following hotels will keep a number of rooms available for MFPS participants at the prices specified below.
So, if you reserve a room at one of the hotels below, specify that you attend MFPS in order to book at the reduced price.
After 20 April, the hotels will accept reservations on all rooms as they receive them. Considering that Genoa is very busy in May
and June it may not be easy to find another hotel accomodation.
