Research Interests: Compiler optimizations, computer architectures, software engineering and parallel computing.

I lead the Commit Group at CSAIL. I am also the co-leader of the Raw Project.

I am involved with the Programmable Microfluidics project with Prof Todd Thorsen.

I am interested in creating appropriate technologies for developing nations, see the TEK Project.

I am a co-founder of   Determina Inc, which got acquired by VMware Inc.
