Hanne Riis Nielson

Professor in Computer Science and Engineering,
Technical University of Denmark.

Research Interests: Development of theories, techniques and tools for the modelling, analysis, validation and realisation of software systems. This includes process calculi, static analysis, model checking, and qualitative and quantitative analysis of, among others, safety and security properties.

I am participating in MT-LAB - the VKR Centre of Excellence.

• Associate editor on ACM Transactions on Programming Languages and Systems (TOPLAS).
• Member of editorial board on Springer Series Undergraduate Topics in Computer Science
• Member of the Norwegian Research Council for Technology, Natural Science and Mathematics.
• Member of the institute board for Telematics at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
• Currently head of section for Language Based Technology at IMM

Additionally, I serve on the board of the PhD school ITMAN at DTU Informatics.
