Someone just sent me a message, saying that someone scammed them for money by appearing as me and therefore they reported my account.

They told me to fix it by messaging tumblr support on discord and gave me a link. I don’t have discord so I ended upp on a page that apparently was the support but I didn’t send any message.

I decided to look this up before I did anything and it’s a scam where someone wants to steal your discord account. I blocked the account and I hope that’s the end of it and that nothing will happen to my account.

Felt like this needed to be shared. This has never to happened to me before on tumblr.

So yeah, don’t trust the internet and look up conspicuous aktivitets before you do anything drastic.
