９月22日（ブルームバーグ）：三菱商事 は22日、世界３位のサケ養殖会社、ノルウェーのセルマック を株式公開買い付け（ＴＯＢ）で買収すると発表した。完全子会社化を目指し、買い付け総額は88億8000万クローネ（約1500億円）を見込む。世界的な人口増加に伴い食料資源の確保が課題となる中、養殖事業の重要性は一層高まると判断した。 発表資料によると、買い付け価格は１株当たり96クローネで、オスロ証券取引所での19日の終値を14％上回る水準 。過去３カ月の平均株価と比べると18％、過去半年の平均では28％、それぞれ上回る金額となる。期間は10月20日までを予定しており、90％以上の買い付けをＴＯＢ成立の条件とする。 ブルームバーグの集計データ によると、今回のＴＯＢが成功すれば三菱商にとって非資源分野への投資額としてはローソンへの出資額約1700億円に次いで過去２番目の規模となる。三菱商は非
