In the familiar quest I'm stuck, i can't interact with the door, and when I can its night and locked, I'm on android

I just did, and it didn't change anything, it become black at the start of a round, I see my party for 2-3 seconds then black

It happen once that I did the first round, but at the second round it became black

When I start the quest "The Witch Queen", my screen becaumes black and after a few seconds, the game crashes.

Im on android S9 and I try reinstalling the game.

yeah, I figured it was there, but I dont know what to do with the colors, I the number of flowers with that color, but nothing, I'm going to double check, but that's were I'm stuck.
