Ingredients

  1. 1 large pack chicken breast (boneless / skinless)
  2. 1 onion, sliced
  3. 1 green pepper, sliced
  4. 10 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 2 cans (14.5 ounce) diced tomatoes, undrained
  6. 1 can (4 ounce) stems and pieces mushrooms, drained
  7. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  8. 1 tablespoon oregano leaves
  9. 1/4 teaspoon adobo
  10. 1 teaspoon Sazon with achiote
  11. 1/2 cup white cooking wine
  12. 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  13. Cooked white OR yellow rice

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse and pat dry your chicken breast, then cut into chunks and place into your crockpot......

    Add into crockpot your sliced onion, green pepper and minced garlic........mix lightly......

    Add in your diced tomatoes and stems and pieces mushrooms......mix lightly......

  4. 4

    Now add in your black pepper, oregano leaves, adobo, Sazon, white cooking wine and ground cumin, mix lightly.......

    Cover and cook on low heat for 5 - 6 hours, stirring occasionally.....

    Serve with cooked white or yellow rice and enjoy 😉!!
