I had some potatoes I wanted to used up so I came up with this recipe. To keep with the half & half I did the same with the mayos. Enjoy!

I had some potatoes I wanted to used up so I came up with this recipe. To keep with the half & half I did the same with the mayos. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  1. Base
  2. 4 large Idaho Potatoe
  3. 4 large Red Skin Potatoe
  4. 1 each onion, chopped
  5. 1/4 cup bacon bits
  6. 2 each boiled egg, diced
  7. 3 tbsp butter, softened
  8. 4 each diced dill pickle spears
  9. Flavor
  10. 1 cup mayonnaise
  11. 1/2 cup miracle whip
  12. 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
  13. 1 tbsp dill
  14. 1 tbsp "Mixed Up Salt"
  15. 1 tbsp paprika
  16. 1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  17. 1 dash ground black pepper
  18. 3 tbsp yellow mustard

    Bring large pot of water to a boil.

    Wash all potatoes. Peel the Idaho, leave skin on the Red.

  3. 3

    Add pototoes to boiling water and boil for approximately 30 minutes. Just until you can poke a fork in.

    Drain the potatoes and let cool completely.

    Add all of the ingredients for "The Flavor" together in a bowl and mix until well blended.

    In another bowl, add the ingredients for "The Base" and shake until well mixed and evenly coated with butter.

    Now take The Flavor ingredients and pour over The Base ingredients.

    Mix everything together well. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.

    Serve and enjoy!
