Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 large head cabbage(cleaned and chopped)
  2. 4 medium red potatoes (med. diced)
  3. 1 large onion, chopped
  4. 1 lb cajun or smoked sausage, cut up
  5. 6 slice cooked bacon, chopped
  6. 1/2 cup chicken broth
  7. 1 bay leaf
  8. 1 tsp garlic powder
  9. 1/2 tsp season all
  10. 1 tbsp cajun season(Zatarain's, Slap Ya Mama, Cajun Land, Tony's...etc.)cut in half if you like it less spicy
  11. 1 dash hot sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Throw everything together in crockpot, stir and cook on low for 6 hours.

    Serve over steamed white rice.

  3. 3

    Can be served as a side. Great with baked or broiled pork chops.
