As a American the name is difficult to remember and say. I suggest something like Pawplay as name, could improve the branding to be more popular. It's more Catchy. Other than that absolutely Stellar game engine.

Now that you mention it, I can see the issue. In any case the current name is not natural or catchy. Maybe Codeknit/Codeknip or Pawpad? like gaming pad. I dunno. In any case, I just hope the game engine becomes a home hold name whether it changes or not.
I think just pronouncing Ct.js in your head as “Cat jay-ess” is enough to remember it. Just like “cute” or “cutie” for Qt.
I think you're right, but I think I still have problem with it. I think it's awkward to say, and read. Because if read phonetically it's (like cutie for QT), it's " City dot Jay-ess" (even without the dot it's weird). Even if you can read as “Cat jay-ess”, that's weird to say, because to get the kuh sound it needs to be a K in this scenario. Example: KT=Kuh-Tuh, CT=Suh-Tuh. Though C can have a Kuh sound, K is straight up the Kuh sound. Plus you get the bonus if you read as letters, Kay Tee like in Kitty.
All in the all, It could be that people don't use it enough to popular thus my issue may just vanish, but think the name Could be workshopped more, but it Doesn't Need I guess. I willingly to be a the odd one out and be wrong.
For my last idea for a name is, Codenip. It got the cat and code theming. maybe it's already taken or whatever. Anyways may the software flourish and prosper regardless.
