October 8, 2025 I hired PageTraffic to optimize the SEO and content of my website, which targets the US market. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.

Communication was inconsistent from the start. The assigned managers repeatedly stopped responding to emails and WhatsApp messages. Contract deadlines were missed by a month... I twice filed complaints in the chatbot and had to escalate the issue to even get a basic response.

Most of the work was either incomplete or passed on to me as "recommendations," even though the service was paid for as implementation, not consultation. Some reports appeared formulaic and didn't reflect the actual work done on my website.

Only after numerous complaints did I receive partial updates, and even then, without clear explanations of what was actually done. There was a lack of active project management, clear deadlines, and accountability. After repeated requests for a progress report, I received some information on December 19, 2025. The contract stipulated that the work would be completed within 30 days, specifically, October 8, 2025.

I would not recommend this agency to small businesses expecting transparency, reliable communication, and timely completion of work. My experience shows that loud marketing claims and high ratings do not always reflect the actual quality of service.
