Together with us and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo, the team recorded a rap video, where the main characters are doves of peace, who call the crypto community to invest in peace.

• The campaign was a success, securing hundreds of thousands impressions, and the rap track featuring the Minister was a big hit at the Davos summit. Moreover, our foundation has raised over $60M worth of different cryptocurrencies since its launch, of which over $45M has been spent on procurement, including first aid kits, ration packs, bulletproof vests, and other essential items, and Bickerstaff helped us achieve this milestone.

What I found most impressive and unique about Bickerstaff.586 was their ability to work with a government organization, demonstrating an innovative approach and creativity that left a lasting impression on us. Their crazy in a good sense ideas were very effective in delivering the campaign's message and driving engagement with our audience. 

They raised money to help the country, and their crazy video reminded the world of the Russian Invasion. They're really good at mixing serious stuff with creativity, which is super impressive. That's what makes them different — they know how to make serious things fun, creative, and efficient!

The creative tourism-based awareness campaign by Bickerstaff.734 resulted in several positive outcomes, demonstrating progress and success: 

• Increased engagement: The eye-catching website and marketing materials attracted a better understanding of the situation in Ukraine.
• Enhanced awareness: The unique concept of offering unusual accommodations, such as ruined apartments, effectively captured the attention of the target audience, raising awareness about the devastation caused by the Russian army in Ukraine. 
• ccess to unbiased information: By redirecting website visitors to a Telegram bot, we provided them with an alternative source of unbiased information, which helped counter the narrative perpetuated by Russian media. 
• Media coverage: The campaign received notable media coverage, amplifying its reach and impact. This also contributed to the public discourse surrounding the conflict in Ukraine and the need for accurate information. 

The company won gold in both "Integrated Campaign" and "PR Campaign" categories at KIAF, and took home silver awards in several other categories. They also received bronze at the Effie Awards and were shortlisted at the Epica Awards.

Galychyna Dairy Company is one of the largest dairy enterprises in Ukraine, located in the Lviv region. The company was founded in 1998. Today it is one of the leaders in the production of fermented milk products and one of the largest producers of yogurts in Ukraine. The company's products can be purchased in all regions of Ukraine.

The production facilities of Galychyna TM are located in Western Ukraine: in Radekhiv, Lviv region. All products are manufactured using modern European equipment: Tetra Pak (Sweden), ALFA LAVAL (Sweden), GEA (Germany), Obram (Poland), TEWES-BIS (Poland), TEWES-KLIMA (Poland).

The quality of products is confirmed by the international certificate of conformity FSSC 22000 v.5.1 which belongs to the category of the highest international standards in the field of food safety. The company receives 98% of raw materials from farms, which provides a high protein content, quality indicators of milk and products.

We were so inspired by the power of the Ukrainian nation in the first months of the full-scale war that we wanted to shout about it to everyone and everywhere. Bickerstaff.734 helped us to do so by turning our products into a symbol of the newly created unity. Through the campaign, they changed the name on the label from Galychyna to the names of the other 13 historical regions of Ukraine so that we could express our love not only for Galychyna but for all of them.

Very soon, all "parts" of Ukraine were on the shelves of supermarkets. In support of the campaign, the agency also created a commercial with the message: "WE instead of ME". We wouldn't have believed that such a common thing as a bottle of milk could enhance people's sense of love for their home.

People came exclusively for a bottle of their native "Donbas", "Slobozhanshchyna", or "Crimea", dedicated songs and poems to milk, made memes, recorded duets on TikTok, and took selfies with a bottle of milk, kefir, or yogurt. After the release of this campaign, the entire country was talking about Galychyna.

This campaign received more than 2,4 million views on YouTube, and we garnered almost 34 million digital media impressions in the first month. Also in partnership with Bickerstaff.734, we received two silvers & two bronzes in different categories during the Ad Black Sea awards, one Golden Drum silver & one Effie Awards gold in 2022.

This is a program of recovery and restoration of cultural heritage objects: theaters, castles, museums, fortresses, etc. Khortytsia Island, as one of the tourist magnets of Ukraine, also came to the attention of the President and the central government. So as the island’s appearance has changed, its tourism brand had to change, as well.

People used to imagine Khortytsia as a palisaded island with Cossacks waving their sabers. Zaporozhian Sich, the spirit of the Cossacks, and sabers are all there, of course, but this is the first association that everyone knows about. And it turns out that if you're not interested in the Cossacks, you're not interested in the island itself.

To confirm this hypothesis, Bickerstaff.734 strategists conducted in-depth interviews with residents of Zaporizhzhia, as well as other Ukrainian cities, and with people from Israel, Kazakhstan, Mexico, Germany, Georgia, and France, as the new Khortytsia brand is also intended to attract foreign tourists. It turned out that the history of the Ukrainian Cossacks had completely overshadowed and obscured all other attributes and attractions of the island.

Therefore, the agency team decided to show that Khortytsia is much more than what we are used to reading about in school. We also tried our best to share our knowledge about the island and its history with them to help create a more authentic identity. Bickerstaff.734 developed the positioning of the island as a living organism that has its own life, soul, and voice.

We wanted to bypass the stereotype of the Cossacks and draw attention to the many other facets of Khortytsia so that people could discover it anew. And they managed to do just that. Overall, as part of our cooperation, the agency developed a strategy, positioning, and identity for Khortytsia Island.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have obtained a strong brand that can exist independently of the Cossacks on the island, and this is, in fact, what we came for from the very beginning. In the first month, the project received 8 million media impressions. 51 media mentioned us, and thousands of people discussed it on social networks. Khortytsia appeared in the news reports on TV all over the country with the participation of the President and the First Lady of Ukraine.

It also received a number of awards at various international creativity festivals, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, Epica Awards, and others. As a result, in addition to the fact that Khortytsia is now more well-known in Ukraine, the project has managed to make foreigners fall in love with the island.

Communication with the team was pleasant, we understood each other well. We also really liked their deep involvement in the project, thanks to which we got a result that was appreciated not only by Ukrainians but also by people abroad. In total, the team offered us 9 concepts, from which we finally chose the one that best characterizes Khortytsia.

As for management, the agency is also doing well. We met the deadlines, although there was a lot of work. The account and project managers quickly resolved all our issues, so it didn't feel like you were sitting around waiting for your turn.

What We liked the most about working with them is how the team is completely immersed in the project. In our case, for example, they came with almost the entire agency to get to know and explore Khortytsia to make the most truthful and authentic branding possible. This immediately captivates you because you realize that they really want to create something cool, not just make money.

Often, brands are "invented" and then there is nothing to confirm this fiction. Such stories eventually become taut and artificial. But Bickerstaff.734 took a different approach and helped us develop the existing attributes of our island into a brand.
