Scope of Work and Key Deliverables:

The scope of work involved the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of a custom AI-powered Dental Note Taking Web Application. The solution was engineered to streamline dental clinical documentation by recording patient sessions, transcribing audio, and using large language models (LLMs) to generate structured, template-driven dental notes. The application was developed as a secure, scalable SaaS product, including both frontend and backend components.

Key Deliverables:

1.Infrastructure Setup:

• Cloud-based infrastructure to support scalable web deployment

• Initial configuration for LLM-based services

2.User Interface Design:

• Fully responsive UI with modern design aesthetics

We engaged the vendor to help us design and develop a robust Human Design API from the ground up. The scope included mapping complex Human Design calculations, integrating planetary data, structuring gate/channel/center logic, and ensuring accurate chart generation for a wide range of user inputs. Key deliverables included a fully documented API, optimized endpoint performance, and reliable production deployment with ongoing support.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The API went live without issues and now powers over 18,000 Human Design charts with <200ms response time on average. We’ve had zero critical bugs reported in production, and the API currently handles thousands of monthly requests, enabling multiple subscription products and professional tools on our platform.

Working with Stas Sorokin and his team has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. They were truly instrumental in the development of our invention and played a critical role in turning a complex, evolving idea into a working system.

The team was exceptionally patient, thorough, and detail-oriented in their approach. They demonstrated deep technical knowledge, asked the right questions, and consistently offered thoughtful solutions. The project will deliver a fully functional GPT web application/API, upgraded embedding infrastructure, documentation, and deployment support, with optional ongoing maintenance.

The application is also to be enhanced with advanced features like user authentication, analytics, chat history, and conversation management. Upgrade embedding technology and optimize for performance, scalability, and user experience improvements.

Being a generative AI project, the results have to be continually fine-tuned, especially in the initial stages. The key metric being the accuracy of the responses to factual datasets and cases  which the model was built on. The project continues to demonstrate progress in achieving this objectrive.

There were initial delays due to communication channel. This was eventually fixed when the communication became more team-based which allowed for specifics to be better understood and appreciated.
