Altima dental, part of the 123Dentist dental group, have 21 clinics branded all in different ways, and the whole leadership team has left since the acquisition in 2021, so there is little corporate history available. The goal was for Colette to perform qualitative market research to propose a positioning and a brand visual identity for Altima Dental.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results are fantastic!! The most measurable outcome at this point, as we have not yet rolled out the brand, is that we had a meeting with our senior operations stakeholders, who are all very opinionated people, and the work from Colette was approved with no push back. A slam dunk!

Solid approach. We were trying to press them for a quicker outcome, but we had productive conversations that allowed us to agree to their proposed timeline, which they then respected.
