We started slow with them and as we began to see positive results, invested more in their services. Big fans of their dashboard. They deliver very quickly and consistently.

We researched and interviewed several companies. We were fans of their dashboard and selection options. We started slow, ordering 1 per week and noticed each link was delivered in a timely manner. We then increased our order volume and have been using their services for 1+ years.

We are competing for SEO rankings for target keywords: "Home Elevators" + "Residential Elevators". We began the first half of the year with Stellar SEO ordering 1 backlink per week. So 4 per month. The deliverables and links were all quality. After 6 months, management decided to increase our monthly order volume to 10 backlinks. For the past 5 months, wit this increase in order, we have seen a big improvement in our organic rankings. We will continue this strategy in 2023. We may expand to purchase backlinks for other pages in the future.

We work with an account manager. But the online portal/dashboard is very easy to use. Whenever we have an issue or question, their team responds in a timely manner. I like the independence the dashboard offers us. No sales reps trying to push more orders or upsell. Complete freedom which motives use to order monthly with the company.

Our organic rankings for our target keywords have increased, particularly since the 3rd quarter 2022. It was a slow build, but this was our original strategy. Increasing the backlink orders to 10+ per month has been a huge help for our organic growth. The backlinks are quality as sources like SEMRUSH even locate the links. All backlinks are still LIVE and active. This means they are on quality pages.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I am the only one that works directly with Stellar SEO. Again, the freedom and independence is what I value most. I only interact if I have an issues or concerns. Their team gets back to me quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality and consistency of the links. They delivery these each and every time. Their delivery is also very fast. I was not anticipating such a quick turn around. Also, sometimes you order a DA 30+ but get a backlink with a higher DA (40+, 50+, etc.) So you get more than what you ordered at times which is very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only note is something I have brought up to their team. They request us to put the target keyword when placing the order. Not all backlinks use the keyword we requested. They are "similar" so I ultimately do not have an issue with this. Sometimes the keyword associated on the backlink is off or not correct with what we are seeking. I notify their team of this to improve future backlink acquisition. I guess the only area of improvement is to consistently target the keywords we requested.

Along with other strategies, we have seen a consistent increase in traffic, revenue, and Domain Authority. Since starting working with Stellar, our DA has increased by 20 points or more. The strategy, execution, and outcome were exactly what we were looking for.
