Beats Solo Buds – Uneven Button Appearance (Manufacturing Defect or Normal?)

Hi everyone, I purchased my Beats Solo Buds around 2–3 months ago and they are still under warranty. I recently noticed that the physical button area on the left earbud looks slightly different compared to the right one — the button outline on the right is more visible/defined, while the left one appears smoother and less pronounced. However, both earbuds are functioning perfectly, the click response on one side is hard and other side is too quick, and there are no sound or battery issues. There has been no fall or physical damage. I just want to know if this kind of cosmetic variation is considered normal manufacturing tolerance or if it could be treated as a manufacturing defect under warranty. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Contact Beats Support:

They should be no different. I've been using mine for years, and got new one just recently --nothing is different about them. As for me, I wouldn't mind one war or the other. As for performance, then that's a totally different issue --one to took into If they look bit rubbed off, or print is missing, then they might be replaceable. Beats is a brand by Apple.
