Apple Gift Card purchased at Casey store shows no balance

Hello everyone I bought an Apple Card at Casey store and it says no balance what can I do and how do I go about this to get my money back

either The store did not activate the card or it was “stolen” after being activated (a common scam where card are sold unsecured). Not much that you can do. The store from where you purchased the card needs to activate it and or remedy it. You can always try Apple Support at getsupport.apple.com.

You’ll need to work with the store at which you purchased the gift card.
