Well, My iPhone 11 is only charging at certain angles, I tried to call Apple but it didn’t work, So, IS THERE A FIX TO IT

well it sounds like a hardware defect with the cable you use or the connector in the ios device
the former would be a question of cable replacement, the later of iphone repair
Could be a bad cable, a damaged lightning port, or dirt/grit in the port preventing the cable from seating properly.

jacon6 ~ 81% max capacity is not healthy, being very close to Apple's suggested level of 80% for replacing the battery. So consider having that weak, aging battery tested at an Apple Store and, if appropriate, replaced. You may then find the unexpected charging behavior resolved.
