I’ve tried all of the recommended fixes to get my iPad to send sound to my hearing aid. Hearing aid is made by Widex. Can I uninstall the latest update? They worked beautifully together until this last update .

In general, Bluetooth hearing devices such as AirPods, headsets, and hearing aids can only be paired to ONE device at a a time. to use with your iPad for a while, you would need to un-pir form your phone and re-pair with your iPad.
Another ways to accomplish this and similar sound streams, would be to use a TV streamer device, and your hearing aid software can selectively add that stream.
if you are using with the wide app, these are likely MFi hearing Aids.
MFI hiring aid can be controlled and sound-source connected with your iPhone.
if you would like to use a different sound source, you will likely have to un-pair from your phone and re-pair with your other sound source.
