Article 20 (1) When an examination is commissioned, a report is requested, or expert testimony or a statement of opinion based on expert knowledge and experience is commissioned pursuant to the provisions of laws and regulations concerning civil proceedings, etc., compensation and necessary expenses shall be paid upon request.
