(4) In the case where it is deemed that the stenographic record of the questions asked during examination of a witness, an expert witness, an interpreter, or a translator and the statement given thereby during the trial preparation constitute a part of the examination record, the provisions of the preceding two paragraphs shall not apply; provided, however, that the proceedings specified in paragraph (2), items (i) and (ii) shall be carried out when the person who gave the statement requests an oral translation of the stenographic notes.発音を聞く 例文帳に追加
