５　第一項の規定による許可を受けた者は、製造所、貯蔵所若しくは取扱所を設置したとき又は製造所、貯蔵所若しくは取扱所の位置、構造若しくは設備を変更したときは、当該製造所、貯蔵所又は取扱所につき市町村長等が行う完成検査を受け、これらが前条第四項の技術上の基準に適合していると認められた後でなければ、これを使用してはならない。ただし、製造所、貯蔵所又は取扱所の位置、構造又は設備を変更する場合において、当該製造所、貯蔵所又は取扱所のうち当該変更の工事に係る部分以外の部分の全部又は一部について市町村長等の承認を受けたときは、完成検査を受ける前においても、仮に、当該承認を受けた部分を使用することができる。 - 日本法令外国語訳データベースシステム
