(4) The provisions of Article 103(4) to (8) inclusive (Demand for the Acquisition of a Beneficial Interest), Article 104 (Valuation of a Beneficial Interest, etc.), Article 262 (excluding paragraph (5)) (Jurisdiction over Non-Contentious Cases Concerning Trusts), Article 263 (Special Provisions on Procedure in Non-Contentious Cases Concerning Trusts), and Article 264 (Supreme Court Rules) of the Trust Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the demand that a beneficial interest be purchased as set forth in paragraph (1).
