(3) When the applicable period referred to in item (ii) of paragraph (1) of Article 32-4 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "the applicable period" in this Article) exceeds three months, annual working days stipulated by Ordinance of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare referred to in paragraph (3) of Article 32-4 of the Act shall be limited to 280 days in the applicable period.
