1. (statistics) Pertaining to the quantitative analysis of autocorrelation in sequence data.
   • 1987, Gastroenterology - Volume 92, page 1371:

     An initial sequantitative determination of EPM—1 in 20 sera of healthy donors and 28 patients with gastrointestinal tumors revealed that all sera of healthy donors contain high levels, in contrast to the majority of tumor sera (20/28) which had low or no detectable levels.
