e-tendersとは 意味・読み方・使い方

Any person who –(a) makes or causes to be made a false entry in the Register;(b) makes or causes to be made a false entry in any certified copy of a document or publication in the Industrial Designs Registration Office;(c) makes or causes to be made a false document purporting to be a copyof an entry in the Register;(d) produces or tenders or causes to be produced or tendered in evidenceany document mentioned in paragraph (b) or (c) knowing such document or any entry therein to be false; or(e) falsely makes a claim that he is the owner of the registered industrial design or represents that he is acting in the capacity of, or on behalfof the owner of the registered industrial design,shall be guilty of an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine notexceeding fifteen thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term notexceeding two years or to both.例文帳に追加

次に掲げる行為をなす者は犯則者であり，有罪判決により 15,000リンギット以下の罰金若しくは 2年以下の禁固に処し又はこれらの刑を併科する。(a) 登録簿に虚偽の記載をし又はさせること(b) 意匠登録局における書類又は刊行物の認証謄本に不正記入をし又はさせること(c) 登録簿上の記載の写しと見せかけた虚偽の書類を作成し又は作成させること(d) (b)又は(c)にいう書類又はその中の記載が虚偽であることを承知の上で，当該書類を証拠として作成若しくは提出し又は作成若しくは提出させること，又は (e) 自己が登録意匠の所有者である旨の虚偽の主張をし，又は登録意匠の所有者の資格で若しくは代理として行動している旨の虚偽の表示をすること - 特許庁
