(i) is awaiting the finalisation of proceedings in respect of the application for registration of the other trade mark or the IRDA; or例文帳に追加

(1) Where an application for the registration of a design has not been finalised by reason of default on the part of the applicant within 12 months from the date of lodging the application or within 6 months (or such further period as allowed by the registrar) from the date of a statement of objection as envisaged in regulation 27, whichever is the later, the registrar shall give notice to the applicant or his agent, in writing of such non-finalisation.例文帳に追加
