     Values of ’meshness’ and ’organic’ (see Analysis section) of the ERPG of are approximately 0.29 and 0.52 when compared to 0.49 and 0.04 for the GRID, suggesting the ERPG is more ‘natural’ than the GRID. Furthermore, values of ‘meshness’ and ‘organic’ for the London and Beijing (see Table 1 ) are compared with those for the ERPG and GRID, showing that meshness values for London and Beijing are lower than for the idealised networks.
