What's the point of someone building that port if it's impossible to access? There is no ROM, there is no cartridge, therefore, it does not exist.

Is there any possibility of making a port for NES or Game Boy Color?

I think the precision of where the bubbles stick needs a little fine-tuning; it's not quite like Bubble Bobble. If you do that, it could be a really good game.
