Installed Opera 75.2.3978.72468
and logged in with password and passphrase and all is good with Bookmarks. I go to Other Speed Dials to get my Speed Dials and it shows all my devices I have installed and signed into Opera but the one form my phone is dated Last Modified April 27, 2021. Was there something I needed to do in Opera before the Factory Reset? I had no idea so now I lost a bunch of Speed Dials since it was easier for me to manage than Bookmarks. If there is anywhere else I can recover from can someone let me know? I had backed up my internal and external storage so I can look in them areas.

I thought it was just scrolling but noticed multiple entries after removing some old devices. I found a most resent sync from May 2023 and was able to import. All good now. My bad. User error.

I am assuming sync is running fine since any new bookmarks show up fine on my other Android devices logged in Opera. I never logout and when in settings it always shows "Sync on" below my full name and email on my Android. However, on my desktop I do not have it synced since I don't want it showing bookmarks from my phone on my desktop and vise versa. I like keeping them separate.

Also, use a desktop or other phone to check if sync is going fine.
