<![CDATA[How to Sync Old Saved Passwords on a New PC Without My Old Sync Password?]]>Hello,

I recently got a new PC and want to sync my saved passwords in Opera. However, I changed my Opera account password recently, and now the password manager is still asking for my old sync password to access my saved passwords. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the old password.

Is there any way to recover or sync my saved passwords without the old sync password? Or is there an alternative method to retrieve them?

I would really appreciate any help or advice. Thank you!

But to use Sync, you need the old password as your passwords were encrypted to that.

You probably will need to reset the synced passwords or even all your synced data.
